Has anyone invested in REITs -- Real Estate Investment Trusts -- This may be a good option if you're not wanting to buy personal proptery yourself.

I'd imagine that REIT's would be priced according to the current conditions in the RE market, so if you think RE prices are currently out of whack with reality you may want to stand clear of REITs, of course if you don't mind the fact that RE investments have doubled in 3 to 5 years, and stock investments that pertain to the RE sector have more than quadrupled in many cases. REITs look like a good way to go, but please leave the name of yer next of kin at da door before you go out among the wolves, just in case Very Happy
