| I have a "side" job working for a company that does a service for Disney. It is AMAZING to me that Disney would allow companies to represent them and sell their product, but have salespeople with little or no knowledge of Disney! It's amazing the people trying to sell travel packages, etc who don't even know the names of the Disney hotels and what amenities they have! Would you buy a car from a car salesman who didn't know what those 4 round black things that go around, are?? Not sure if the "Eisner era" is to blame for this... but I am sure that Walt wouldn't have let it happen! |

| My last visit to WDW talked to several CM's. They loved Disney but were very discontented w their benefits. Seemed like they were for change. |

| It is interesting to read both the good and bad on Eisner. I will say, I have been reading more and more negative lately. |

| I think people didn't realize how BAD it really was unti Roy Disney and Stanley Gold stepped up and made it public. |

| I have recently looked at a Roy Disney website which featured among other things 'dis'appointed t shirts. There does seem to be a growing feeling that the 'magic' has been neglected in favour of the money and while Eisner was the right man for the job at a certain point in the company's history it may be time for a more creative touch. |

| I have been watching this since Roy Disney was removed from the board, sorry to say I didn't pay much attention before that. I even have one of the save Disney bumper stickers. Being a huge Disney fan I have to say that the quality at the parks has definatelly gone down hill. They aren't as clean as they used to be, and the customer service can definately be questionable at times. Those two things were a huge part of what made Disney so wonderful. Hopefully, things will change once Eisner leaves next year. |

| A friend of mine who really loves the disney parks and supports the Roy Disney viewpoint cites the fact that disney now has an official outlet on ebay which has a considerable proportion of negative feedback that it chooses to keep secret as a sign of the debasement of the brand under Eisner. |

Disney hold back negative feedback about Eisner?! Who would have guessed.  That has been going on since the day Eisner took over, his board of director's wouldn't dare question any decision he made, and would report to him whenever Roy Disney or Stanley Gold did. |

| I definitely think Eisner's time has passed....things are changing so much at Disney- I often wonder- what they will come up with next... |

| Wish I got into Disney when they weren't doing so well. I just hope that they don't totally revamp the whole place and turn it into something that it isn't. Sometimes there have been stranger pairs. |

| Sorry Andromedaslove, I think perhaps my post was a little unclear. The negative feedback comments being witheld relate to Disney's ebay outlet not to Eisner himself. Although general consensus in this thread seems to be that transparency of operations could be improved in that area too! |
