I was not aware that I could purchase more than I had funds for but I accidently did it. I must've put the same trade in twice while I was researching it and doing the math to figure out how many shares to buy.
So I ended up with a negative balance.
I would've sold but the price went down too so I'm hanging on a few days in hopes that it goes back up before I sell.
Does anyone know if having a negative balance affects my return? I mean maybe the game is set up to charge me interest.

Joshua, I had the same thing happen to me. This site has changed radically since it was first taken public by Benjamin. I'm not sure if interest is in play on your "loan". I guess the question is, does it matter?

I use e-investing to try all my hairball theories/guesses before I do anything expensive in the market. It has worked for me for several years now. By continuing research, and working for my score on e-investing....I have stumbled over things that actually made me money in the real world. Thus, I continue to use it.

This used to be a game site, with many players and personalities... but any more...it's more of a tool to keep yourself out of deep water in the real world. Sharks live in the deep water Wink

With this post or maybe one more I should be getting my e$ up into the postive numbers.

Yup that did it. I got $208.70 for the post above this one. So now at least I have some e$ instead of a negative number which I have had since the end of July. I would've sold something but I noticed the price was fluctuating a lot and hopefully continues to rise, so I decided to hang on to what I bought.

Joshua, I had exactly the same point occur to me. This website has transformed radically because it was initial used public by Benjamin. I'm not certain if interest is in play in your "loan". I guess the query is, does it matter?

I use e-investing to attempt all my hairball theories/guesses prior to I do something costly within the marketplace. It has worked for me for a number of many years now. By continuing study, and operating for my score on e-investing....I've stumbled more than points that really created me cash within the actual globe. Therefore, I carry on to utilize it.
