Investment offering question, Please assist?
Hello, I would like to know more about investments.
Im wanting to start a company and i believe the investor will accept, but i have no understanding on what is a good deal for me or not.
Lets say i need $700,000 to start the project. The project will probably take 6-8 months. The return of the investment should be around 1 million within 2 years. after that a yearly seal of around 10-20 million.

| If you want to start a buisiness that big you better pay someone for some good financial advise first. I think a CPA or tax lawyer. Start with the Small Buisiness Administration or the Service Corps of retired Executives (SCORE). You can get free advice there on starting a buisiness. Also If you want me to invest you better have a lot of your own money invested first. |

It looks like you need to develop an business plan and an investor presentation. There needs to be a LOT more information given to even begin to attempt a valuation - almost to the point of needing the full presentation before I could even comfortably comment on it. Right now, you should sit down with an investment banker and develop business plan and investor presentation. Once that is done, the investment banker that assisted you with this will be able to tell you the best valuation of your company.
