| I was just reading through some of the suggestions, and I think a last log on date might help. I am not sure if other people do this or not, but I read through the posts trying to learn, and on some of them you never get replys. I know there is the date of when everything was posted...but I wonder how many users actually still get on here and actively post. |

Not many since the current owner took over. There is no one who posts who has the power to run the games or any other aspects of this site, which used to be pretty awesome. |

| I guess I did not know a new owner had taken over. I was a member 3 years ago it seemed there was a lot more action on the site. |

i wonder how much the site was sold for... i would almost be worth buying just to bring this back alive. plus the revenue from ad space...
of course i would have to bring more people to the site, but that really wouldn't be that hard. we just need the game to be actively managed.
even Grim seems to have left this place alone. |

If I remember correctly, the site was sold for about $8,000 in early 2007.
Since then, the new owner (JRW) has done nothing with it. Hence, old members who used to be very active (e.g., me) have moved along and started their own sites... and Grim is off celebrating the financial panic. |

And as a followup, JRW has posted once in the last year - but nothing in the past 11 months.
Try emailing him and see if he wants to sell the domain, if you really care. |

Hi, folks, here's a quick update.
I have sent the current owner a PM letting him know that the server this site is hosted on will be shut down by the end of February. I hope to hear from him and find out what his goals are for the site. If I don't hear from him, the site will be deactivated when the server is turned off.
I will post further updates as they are appropriate. |

For the wreckerd....I wuz never paid the % I was offerd by the o-rig-inal owner. I'm purty sho udders did git whut they was "contractually" offerd.  ....by the o-rigi-nal owner. You can tell the idiot dat paid $7000 fo this site that I can get him his muny back....but it's gonna cost him.   |

You done a great job on the software and i find it to be the best ever written.
I would have to assume that you will be permitted to sell that once the domain gets abandoned? |
