PRS but it deals more with bond derivatives then bonds. Its a very interesting company. I own a few shares.

Primus (PRS) looks interesting. It has a P/E ratio of around six for forward earnings. I'll give it a closer look.

I THINK he/she means stocks in companies that manage or make their primary or at least a substantial amount of income from bonds. But I'm not terribly sure if I am right.
