I am going to have to agree with Grim here - Vet, you live in California. What you pay for anything is irrelevant, because it doesn't reflect on what anyone else in America pays. Premium here in NJ is $3.09...

I dont remember Grim telling me that, lol.

Well I have never maintained that gas prices here a relevant to anything but dont forget that in Saudi Arabia its $.35 - Venezuela $.15 - Iran $.25 -Dubai $.32 all also irrelevant I assume. Razz

Dont forget there are opposite ends to that our national average so it is "relevant" to the terms of gas prices and fluctuations. In New Jersey, you pay the least in the entire country, at least according to gassbuddy.com. We are just on the oposite ends of the spectrum. So if my gas price is irrelevant to the rest of the country, then wouldn't it stand to reason that the gas price in Jersey is also irrelevant? Sorry, it caught me offguard and I had to "investamegate da sitiation". Laughing

Cali wasn't even the worst state, at least according to gasbuddy.com Gas price average by state link here.

To be honest, you should get ready to pay what we are paying because its coming this summer for you. The cost of alot of things are going to be outragously high this summer - food, plastic, paper, services and gas. Wink

I have never said anything about gas here, just that in general its high. We have always been a little higher than the rest of the country but now its beyond ridiculus. Ever since Enron ****ed over Cali, we have been in "energy crisis" mode. Rolling Eyes

Just out of curiosity, what are the emission laws in Jersey? I bet it cost $15 to register your car too. Laughing

Oh and one last thing to add. The gas prices you see right now, will most likely be the price that it eventually come back down to in, lets say October. Next year we all will be talking about $5.00 a gallon.

Grim did say that, you just didn't understand it. Laughing

And mostly there, I was joking and looking to segue into a cheap shot on Nancy Pelosi...
