I quickly read over the rules and it looks like the stock must have a mawket cap of at least $500 mil to qualify. I also see you get that day's closing price for any trades placed during regular market hours. I like the extra chances ya get to win $10K....I think that can be accomplished. I think you will have to get reeeeal lucky to win da BIG prize however. I won't register fo the game, but I gar-own-tee I will win at least $10K Shocked Ifn eI wants to register in order to get exposure....or ifn sumbody who is available during mawket hours wants to register and use my picks Arrow just PM me fo details on how we'll split da winnins! Very Happy

It's interesting, but it looks to me like it'll just come down to whoever is lucky enough to pick the one great stock for anygiven week vs someone who figures out how to exploit the simulator to maximize gains. Because each week you can win 10K by having the highest % gain, I think the best strategy would be to pick one stock and dump all your money into it that you think will take off. I don't think continually trading stocks will help you unless there is no delay on the trade, then you may be able to exploit that.

I think some people here would be excellent at finding some way to 'exploit' or otherwise take advantage of whatever simulation they come up with.

My strategy will be to pick one good stock as close to that $500M lower limit and hope that it has a great day. I'll post whatever I do here, if anyone is interested, so we can avoid duplicating the same strategy and increase the chance that someone from Einvesting wins. Smile

Their rules actually say they will only allow trading likre in real life, but they still let you buy one stock with all your money at once. Thats how the asian dude won last year, betting on BIDU or something like that.

Thaas right. Yer gonna hasta pick 1 or 2 stocks at a time and put all yer $$$ into it. The good thing is dat they will let your port werk for itself for the first 10 weeks. so ifn you can pick a couple of plays that are hitting long term DA BOTTOMS you can enjoy da frenzy run off da low....take a profit to use da cash....and let da rest run. I know I kin do dat better than NE1 on da planet....specially into a falling mawket which will be the case over the next few munths. Here's one ov my plays under consideration but I can't tell ya where to buy. It also happens to be a Cramer fav-o-wrong consistantly dawg play Arrow VG Wink
