ING Direct is known for their outstanding customer service and their website interface, but their 4.5% interest rate is on the low side.

I have heard horror stories about HSBC Direct as far as their website interface, but can not say for sure if the rumors are true.

I personally have had an Emigrant Direct account for over a year and have NO COMPLAINTS, and they are pretty steady at 5.05%. Some people complain about their customer service, but I have not had any issues.

Citibank has a nice one but it only offers 4.65% which is kinda low.
