its also good to network. for a lot of the jobs out there, its about who you know, not what you know. i worked at merrill lynch last summer and that seemed to be a popular way to get into the field.

Think of it, there are always going to be foreign countries, and globalization is more popular then ever, especially international trade. Countries are always going to trade with each other, whether it be resources (iron, money, steel, gold, etc), goods (gadgets, clothes, electronics, etc), and intangible goods (consulting, jobs, etc).
