How can you really have so much to say that it requires more than 30 posts in one day? I think the 30 post limit is high.

The market has been crazy lately but still 30 posts in one day it still seems high to me.

People with a proven track record should be able to post more than 30 times in one day, 30 post limit for new people is more than enough.

Ok, as long as 2 cents is all it costs to give an opinion... here's mine: (not that I expect anyone to care Laughing )

Over 200 years ago a bunch of government wanna be's got together and decided that freedom of speech was important. Since Benjamin and Dave have chosen to make this a public forum (it's their server, they can do that if they want) then I believe if ya' got something to say, say it. If you don't get e-dollars for it...boo hoo hoo. Suck it up and drive on! I would hate to see the free flow of ideas, personalities, opinions, and yes...even some spam....interrupted just because some folks have some control issues.

E-dollars are not why I'm here. I'm here to listen, to learn, and perhaps even help...if my lowly knowledge is worth anything. I have gained more from this site in 6 months than in all the classes I took in college. The folks that are here are REAL. They're right down in the trenches with me wrestling with the same concerns and challenges that I am. I don't always follow their advice, but I listen. As for the spammers...you'll have AT LEAST one knucklehead in every group. Deal with it. It's just how life is.

Now, where do I send my 2 cents? Wink

You can send it to me if ya want knight. Havn't seen you much lately, been busy?. So back to business...

I don't agree with people posting a million worthless posts to get e$'s. If you need e$'s play games or play the market or buy them or hell ask and I'm sure someone will help. But if people are posting just to post or spamming or trolling and on and on it's rediculous.

Ex- I'm addictated to the game Diablo II: LOD but their main forum and their non-sponsored forums are severly overloaded with useless posts. If I need to look for a piece of information it will take an hour plus to sift through the garbage of random posts, flames, arguments, useless posts etc just to find what I am looking for. Which is why I support the post limit, to keep all that crap out of this great forum.

There are two controls in place to help reduce spam. One is the 30 post limit... you get paid only for 30 posts in a 24 hour period, no matter how many you make. The second is a reduced payout for the "non investing" forums. So if you feel compelled to make hundreds of posts per day Wink then be sure that your first 30 are (appropriately) posted into an investing forum, then spend the rest of the day in the non-investing areas where you're only losing $50 per post instead of $200. Razz

Having too much off-topic content or "fluff" mixed in with real content is bad for forums. Bad for folks that want to read and learn, bad for members (or guests) that want to search... there's a certain amount that will creep in, its unavoidable.

But the limits and controls are in place for a reason, and are not likely to change at this point.

Ok, its harder than i thought Razz, making 30 posts a day isnt easy.

Making 30 or so posts a day shouldn't be some kind of goal. Some days you just post more but not more than 30. It's not a TCG-site (trading card game). Laughing
