FINL @$12.12
52 week $20.70 - $11.81
p/e 11.9
earnings $1.23
dividend $.10
48 million shares outstanding
85.4% institutional ownership Shocked
88.3% float
stock scout rating 7

Although I am not a retail sector investor, the numbers don't look bad except for percentage of institutional investments. Further research should be done before making an investment though. Historicaly this is the best quarter to look for investment.

By look for investment do you mean make an investment or find one?

Find one then make a buy. I've heard many times that if you'd bought only in the second quarter you would have made a fraction of the money that you would have made if you bought during the other three quarters. (1st, 3rd and 4th)
