The May item price increase for property and collectables it complete.
Interesting note, one member netted over 17,000 e$ just by holding onto a mansion from last month.
I'm sure alltogether though there were bigger gains made by some of our huge property collectors. |

My total holdings value increased over e$30,000 but I have held my property the entire month. Or at least as long as was available, as some of the newer items (Barren Desert, Forest, and Mountain View) were introduced in the middle of the month.
On day I'll have some time to spend here trading, and need more liquid capital, but for now it's fun to see a growing land empire. It's a rather passive investing strategy. My portfolio return percentage last month (for the few shares of stock I held) was actually higher than my property return. |

It only shows the new price, not the old. You have to do some math to figure it out. Old price = new price * 100 / 104. For example, the Barren Desert started out as 1000, now it's 1040. 1040 * 100 / 104 = 1000, the original price. Take the difference (e$40) and multiply by the number of Barren Desert properties you have and you get the change to your networth.
As posted earlier, I calculated mine out at over e$30,000 for my portfolio of land holdings. |
