Anyone that buys and holds more than 5 desert properties will be visited by the eRPs (the eInvesting Realty Police). Trust me you don't want the eRPs coming after you.  |

| For now it does not appear that there is a limit. However, I guess that Ben could exercise eminent domain and cause people with extra holdings to sell. I think that's the reason for the new properties though... to give other folks a chance to get in on something if they want. |
