Oh what difference a week makes!!!!!!!!! Check it out, NOBODY has a stock with a positive gain now, we allllll negative!

I don't think we discussed what would happen if the entire field were to end in the negative but I think that IF it ended that way that there would be no winners. What does everyone else think?

Isn't it just whose stock performed the best? Meaning, in this case, whoever is the least negative?

Hey INWB:

Well the markets aren't really up to good right now..... and the Penny Stock Pick Index is up by over 8.9% on the monthly.

So, what you were saying is that penny stocks do better when the market is in a big swing up so, I guess you'd say they also do better when the market is in a big swing down, so I guess the only time they DON'T do better is when the market is flat or marginally undecided??????? Laughing Twisted Evil Shocked

Im not sure I get what your aluding to but your basing a few penny picks that have done well, off of the entire market, that doesn't make sense to me. Maybe I need to re-read the post but I'm confused as to what point your attempting make. No matter how well the "PENNY PICK CONTEST" is doing, you cannot base that small competition off of the entire stock market. It's like basing the monthly stock pick off of the international markets or something.

When I checked the leaderboard and saw all negative, I actually refreshed the page to see if it was a quircky output reading that didn't load properly! Razz

I think that in the event all stock choices yield a negative return then the person with the return closest to zero should win since it performed the best (or not as bad, lol) as the rest of the stocks.

No way, if everyone is negative we just take the 30,000 e$ from Vetelmo since he started this contest and split it with everyone to make up for this month in the market. heh Wink
