I couldn't help myself, you can now purchase the Grand Canyon!

It's 5,000,000 e$, but not a completely unattainable goal. 
There is only one available, but look for other very expensive landmarks to be added as well.
Lets see, 4% a month on the 5,000,000 e$ would get you 200,000 e$ in monthly income. I won't increase these special properties until they are purchased so they don't get too far out of reach. |

I guess not  If we took your 407,000 e$ and made 25% monthly on that in returns, we might come up with that much e$ in a year
