| Well, if they own the einvesting company and trade name you could be forced to sell the domain at market value. Now, some people think that that means the standard ten - fifteen dollars but it means the same as imminent domain... ie based on my conservative somewhat knowledgeable estimate this site is worth 14-15 thousand from the incomming links alone, then you have content and a subscriber base which should be worth about another 5-10 thousand so, you could end up receiving a court ordered sell of anywhere between 19-25 thousand dollars but if your smoothe and offer an equitable amount like 40,000 first instead, of trying to get rediculous and saying some figure like 500,000 then you should do pretty well I'd imagine and the longer they wait the more value you build. Have you done a way back when archive look at this domain the way it was the years before you bought it? |

| Well all they have is a bunch of broken images of the site in 2000 so it wont do much good to try and see what it used to be...... |

The pictures used to work the last time I checked a year ago.
I'm not sure why eTrade didn't want the domain. The domain was still in the original owners name when it was dropped.
Before I built anything though I did a deep look on the www.USPTO.gov site to look for any trademarks...one was applied for way back but was dropped.
