On the surface it looked OK. But, then you look at the fact that the insiders own less than 1/2 of 1% of the total shares and you just have to ask yourself why do they think it's better to put their money elsewhere?

In comparison they have about 400-500 million shares outstanding and they own only about .45% of them, MSFT (I am not pitching them, it's just a reference) has over 10 billion shares outstanding but, the insiders own 12% of those.

The P/E and PEG ratios are nothing to crow about either, I'd personally look for greener pastures. I think they are significantly overvalued and the insiders know it. Cool
