| I'm just wondering how it works because I'm at -3% and sadly that's not too bad atm, but it still says I'm 200+ |

Are you talking about this:

The "Active Rankings" page is limited so that only members with 10 (or more) posts in the current month will show up. But the text at the top of the screen is based on all users, whether they are active or not. So even the #1 on the active list might not be #1 overall. It's just to let you know that if the real #1 person came back and started posting your #1 position would be at risk.  |

Also, i want to know if i cancel my trade will i still get charged $ 10 as commission or it is only charged when trade is completed?

Cancelled orders are dropped, there is no charge. I should say they are not "dropped" as they will still appear in your order queue, but the order never takes place and therefore you are not charged anything. |
