i cant buy IPO's at the Initial price!!! what gives??
anyone knows the correct way?? i wanted to get cxg and line but i couldnt get it at the initial price.. i am looking into zion oil once the give the symbol ,,,trying to purchase about 500 dollars worth. Please help!! |

| Your broker has to be the one carrying the offering before you get in at the IPO price. Even then there is often a lottery when the internal demand is higher than the number of shares available, and most brokers have a policy about "flipping" the shares. You also generally have to purchase round lots (even 100 share allotments). |
