I have about 8 email addresses. A couple i fogot the passwords to, others are for junk email, for signing up to websites. I have another I use for veteran only websites, well because Im a veteran and I am entitled to certain benifets. Another I had used for work but I use it now for junk email too. I like the storage size of gmail and I am now using 2 of them, one for junk and another for contacts for a support group Im a part of.

A side note, for those of you who have AOL, Yahoo and Hotmail email accounts, you can check them simutaneously with an Instant Message program called "Trillian".

As I mentioned, I have a number of different domains. So what I do when I need an email that I'm worried about spam (such as product registrations, or surveys, or whatever) I open my web site control panel and set up a new email address just for that purpose. Suppose I have to enter an email to register a software product from a company called "foobar". Well, I'll set up an email foobar@mydomain.com as my email address. Then if I ever get spam on that account, I know exactly who leaked it. Twisted Evil

I'll also set up weird addresses like xya1054asd@mydomain.com for very specific purposes, then drop them as soon as I'm done. And given that it's on my own server (which has 160GB of disk) the 2GB limit of google isn't such a big deal. Smile
