What is your favorite tax program to use?

I personally like TaxCut, but I have also heard some good things about Turbo Tax, as well as some other programs. Just thought it would be interesting to here some other people's opinions.

I let someone else handle it.

It saves me alot of money actually when I pay a very skilled professional who knows the system. Plus it takes the stress off me for once!

My business Partner is an accountant, so i guess that is good for me, he helps me do my tax, and stuff like that, but then i help him with other things.

If i Didnt have him helping me, i guess i would have to learn one of those programs

We used a tax program for the first time this year instead of paying someone else to do our taxes. We used TaxCut and found it to be very easy. We filed Friday night for both state and federal and got our state refund today!!

I'm probably not qualified to answer since I've only used Turbo Tax, but it seems to get the job done.

I have used TurboTax for my homebased business in the past. Most recently, I've used HDVest.com for my tax-filing needs.

I've use the online TurboTax for YEARS and was very satisfied until this year. They had a huge software glitch and when I e-filed, their software sent the IRS duplicates of nearly all my forms. So instead of a 17 page return, it was 32 pages! This caused the IRS to reject my return and I spent over an hour on the phone with their customer service trying to fix it to no avail. I had to fight for them to refund my money too Evil or Very Mad

I then spent over an hour on the phone with a very nice gentleman at the IRS who finally suggested that I go to the nearest IRS walk-in site. Very frustrating indeed since I am directly in the middle of the SC and NC walk-in sites and I have no time to go. Rolling Eyes I can't believe how much I used to rave about TurboTax!!! Grrr! Crying or Very sad

Anyway, long story short, I am open to new experiences now with a new service!
