So there was the advert at the top of the page as I'm going through the board. I had to laugh when I read all of the text.

I get the "high yield" part. I'm seriously skeptical about the daily dividend part. But I loved the last two... don't they just seem to go together?

Geez, I've only got $3.50. I guess I can't be a serious investor.  |

The $5 minimum is really throwing me... this is serious?
And I've been wondering, Ben, how does the advertising for the site get selected? Sometimes there is some pretty... interesting?... stuff to be found there. |

Yes, it is serious.  It was an ad displayed on the Million e$ portfolio when I checked it earlier today.

The google or yahoo ads are based on "context", meaning text on the page. I use google on some of my own sites, and it's amazing how well it can work. On the other hand, if a topic goes off track (not that we ever see that happen here) then the ads go off track too. |
