need help to close deal. my wife and i signed closing papers today 1-5-06 on advice from our mortgage company first premiere mortgage company. funding doesnt close untill tuesday 1-10-06 lender dropped bomb at end of deal. dropped pre approval from70% to 65% and took out closing costs out of loan. this left us to bring 17,347. to the table. we dont have that much. we need to make it sweet for help to close deal before 1-10-06 12:00 is cutoff for funding or whole deal goes south. we offer 15k for 10k short term loan. we have lived in house for 2 years original deal was contract for deed. never again. had to refi to buy out previous owner. property is 2.8 acres of waterfront 3600 sq foot main house. 5- 2 bedroom cabins. in ground pool. on bullshoals lake. plus much more. loan buy out is preapproved olny problem is closing costs. mortgage company didnt want lender to know we didnt have closing costs in fear they woud back out. we have alot invested here. have tried every ave that we have.mortgage company could draw up papers for deal. please respond running out of time. we are new to this site not sure how it works?

I think you have the wrong impression of what this site is all about. We do not deal with actual cash, this is a simulator. Besides you are asking for money without much time to check out your legitamacy. Think about it, would you loan me 10,000 with 5day notice and includes a weekend?

Please don't ask for money with your first post. We are not interested. If your for real call some lenders and I'm sure someone can make it happen for you.
