yes, and even if "everything in the world changes", you are still going to need to eat and have a place to live. So we've got to have a plan for that, regardless of what programs or governments are in place.

it is still so smart to save as best you can and plan for your future. No matter what happens with any government plan if you do what you can at least you will have a nest egg to fall on.

Invest in real estate. If I didn't have my house almost paid for I'd be worried. Wish I had started sooner so I would have more property. Better than money in the bank.
