My entire trip home never got any faster than 15 mph. Thank goodness I only live three miles from work! Very Happy

But on the other hand, none of my friends ended up having travel times of less than 3 hours... and theirs are normally 30 minutes to an hour. I can not imagine what it is going to be like for the people coming out of the city this afternoon, like Friday afternoons normally are!

YEs the snow was great. Good thing i didnt have to commute anywhere. Laughing
I got out the tractor and plow yesterday and did a couple driveways......

I think the chicago land area will be pounded with snow this year, we have had low snowfall winters for the past couple years, well last years was almost up to average. We are already ahead of schedule this year.

Yeah i seen on the news to get down a usual 30 min on I88, was more like 3 hours... I guess thats why people hate the snow so much..

I got a snowday. The roads were so bad I had to go out and drive around for like 10 hours. My mom was livid, mostly because she hates when I am having fun and being happy.

I live in mid TN and the weather services forcasted 1-2" of snow for Thurs. Well everyone rushed to grocery stores and bought all the milk and bread. They school systems in the area when they heard the word snow even canceled school for that day the night before. And to top it all off, all it did was rain most of the day. No snow anywhere around me. Not even freezing or sleet.

That night it took me 45 minutes to get home. I live just under 15 minutes from work. It was horrible. I hope the whole winter isnt like that. Brrr.
