Click "Your Portfolio" in the top navigation and you can start trading. Start with a company that interests you.
You can use the Yahoo lookup to find the stock symbol for the company you'd like to buy.

Maybe I should change "Your Portfolio" to "Stock Market Simulator" or something.

But maybe bad design...You shouldn't have to figure it out, but it should be the first thing you click after you register.
