that would have to be university of north carolina (without a doubt)
they have something like 20 campuses in their system, so maybe limit it to charlotte or chapel hill (2 of the biggest ones) |

sorry scoot, but we're included in the system, so that doesn't work.
UNC-CH (Chapel Hill), better known as the UNC Tarheels, is our biggest rival. We have a long-standing rivalry that runs deep in this state. |

| NC State is part of the University of North Carolina System, which is why our tuition increases must go before the UNC Governing Board for approval before they can go into effect. Well..I have exams in metabolic regulation, biotechnology, and immunology this week, as well as a 20 page paper on my research this semester....but the short answer is: Yes, yes i am neglecting my school work.
