I know this is off topic, but I am hoping someone out there might be able to help me out...

I am able to download my American Express statement to Quickbooks... But unable to transfer it to my General Journal... Anyone know how to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated

I don't have the password to access my 1996 quickbooks software.

I have it printed out. So it does not matter though I'd like to access it.
