| Many states (I know New Jersey is one) are offering incentives to put solar panels on your home. In many cases the state will subsidize more than half the cost, but to about 75% I believe. |

"It's Official!" CPUC Approves $3.2 Billion Solar Program
| Quote: | | The typical California home today installs a 2.5 kilowatt system. With today’s rebate level, the average $20,000 price tag for the system would be reduced by $7,000. In addition, over the next two years, homeowners can take advantage of a federal tax credit reducing the total cost by an additional $2,000. When combined with low interest loans, lowered electric bills and the ability to get a credit for excess electricity generated by the solar system, California homeowners could expect a return on their estimated $11,000 investment within the first month. |

| As I mentioned before the biggest liability/cost to a home solar panel system are the batteries. Typical life cycle is approximately 5-7yrs and minimum of 12 batteries needed. Balance of the components are long lived. |

Nice to see Ca stepping up and giving homeowners an incentive to reduce energy costs instead of our politicians in Wash giving the oil companies a tax break to go along with the .50 premium we were being charged over the spot price of gasoline after hurricane Katrina, that said, these alternative energy stocks are waaaaay overpriced, ESLR for instance is eventually going to hit a new 52 week low for instance, and the fokes chasing ENER are really gonna get destroyed, both need to take out the highs that were set yesterday first however, so if either falls 30-40% from current levels before they take out those highs they may be worth a look, I'm wondering if Stockmarkettip's XSNX hits 1.00 like he said before it goes below .50 like I said based on da chawt setup the maxi run should take it no higher than .97 centavos, so if it hits 1.00 I'd be all out, actually I would have been all out yesterday after it took out .87 centavos since that's all it really needed to do. |

| XSNX hit $1 and it's holding above $1. Get ready for $2 next week. |

| You think it will go up another 100%? If this going to be from the 3.2 billion or do you have other reasons for thinking that the price is going to double again? I am curious as to why you think it will do so well. |

| well, the article says that imaginit is a consulting company, so i doubt they would be the manufacturer. They will probably find the suppliers, or hire the contractors or installers who will select the suppliers. |

| I searched their site for a clue as to who's products they will or are using for their projects. Could not find any information though. They seem to be a general contractor. |

| That is awesome that Walgreens is taking part in this. It could be a huge developement for solar energy. The article said that this will be the largest solar project yet. |
